Adam Albrite LLC ("Adam Albrite" or the "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. You need not provide any personal or medical information to use this Site. Neither your personal information nor medication information will not be sold, traded, or otherwise used without your expressed written permission.

The Company may collect information about visitors to the Site in order to provide an experience that is user responsive. Neither your medical information nor credit card information is collected through this Site. There may be forms in which you provide contact information (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, and email address) to request further information or support.

The Company may use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of the Site, such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this Site, rather than your name or other identifying information.


Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this Site. This cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google, Inc. The information generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.


Adam Albrite LLC uses the information received from Google Analytics only to improve services on this Site. The Company does not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.

SECTION IV. Children Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA")

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.


Adam Albrite does not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
