PRIVACY STATEMENT

This Privacy Statement was last modified on January 1, 2023 and is effective immediately.

Introduction

Adam Albrite LLC ("Adam Albrite" or the "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement ("Statement") has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read this Statement carefully to get a clear understanding of how Adam Albrite collects, uses, protects or otherwise handles your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with this website ("Site").

SECTION I. Collection + Use of Information

You need not provide any personal or medical information to use this Site. Neither your personal information nor medication information will not be sold, traded, or otherwise used without your expressed written permission.

The Company may collect information about visitors to the Site in order to provide an experience that is user responsive. Neither your medical information nor credit card information is collected through this Site. There may be forms in which you provide contact information (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, and email address) to request further information or support.

SECTION II. Security

This Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under its control. If the Site allows you to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on order firms, the Company encrypts the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

The Company may also at times provide information about you to third parties to provide various services on its behalf, such as providers who process credit card payments. The Company will only share information about you that is necessary for the third party to provide the requested service. These companies are prohibited from retaining, sharing, buying, selling, storing or using your personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

The Company will follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted, both during transmission and upon receiving it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent (100%) secure, however. Therefore, the Company cannot guarantee its absolute security.

SECTION III. Google Analytics + Cookies

The Company may use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of the Site, such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this Site, rather than your name or other identifying information.

Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this Site. This cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google, Inc. The information generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Adam Albrite LLC uses the information received from Google Analytics only to improve services on this Site. The Company does not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.

Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Privacy Policy http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this Site by disabling the Google Analytics cookie on your browser.

SECTION IV. Children Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA")

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

Adam Albrite does not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
