When you're feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, anxious, depressed, or lost, one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself is giving therapy and counseling a try. Working with a therapist is an invitation to self-care. An investment just like the dentist, a gym membership, or meal subscription. You are unique and have your own particular strengths and challenges.
